This policy explains how Velivios LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, collects and uses personal data when you use t-velivios.com. Velivios LLC is the data controller.
Data we collect
- Account data: name and email address.
- Learning data: courses chosen, lesson progress, answers, streaks and XP.
- Purchase data: pass bought, amount, date and transaction ID. Card details are collected and processed directly by our payment providers; we never receive your full card number.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and device information, used for security and to keep the Service working.
- Support messages you send us.
How we use it
- To provide the Service and activate the pass you bought (performance of a contract).
- To process payments, refunds and prevent fraud (contract and legitimate interest).
- To answer support requests and send essential service emails.
- To improve lessons using aggregated, anonymised usage data (legitimate interest).
- To meet accounting and legal obligations (legal obligation).
We do not sell your personal data. We only send marketing emails if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
- Payment processors (such as Stripe and Airwallex) to take and refund payments.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers (such as Cloudflare) that run the website.
- Authorities, where we are legally required to.
Some providers are located outside your country, including in the USA. Where required, transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
We use only cookies and local storage that are needed to keep you signed in and remember your settings. We do not use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
Account and learning data are kept while your account exists. Purchase records are kept for as long as tax law requires (usually up to 7 years). Deleted accounts are erased within 30 days, except for records we must keep by law.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to certain processing, by emailing support@t-velivios.com. We respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, access to data is restricted, and payments are handled by PCI-DSS compliant providers.
Children
The Service is not intended for children under 16 without parental consent. If you believe a child gave us data without consent, contact us and we will delete it.
