Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Velivios website and web application at t-velivios.com (the "Service"), operated by Velivios LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("Velivios", "we", "us"). By creating an account or buying a pass you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Velivios is an online language-learning platform that runs in your web browser. It provides interactive lessons, vocabulary practice, review exercises and progress tracking. No software download is required. You need a modern web browser and an internet connection.

2. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your login details confidential.
• You must be at least 16 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once at support@t-velivios.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Passes and pricing

• Paid access is sold as one-time passes: Basic (1 month, €13), Explorer (3 months, €25), Voyager (6 months, €35) and Polyglot (12 months, €55).
• Prices are in euros (EUR) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Your bank may apply currency-conversion fees.
• A pass is charged once. It does not renew automatically and you will not be charged again unless you buy another pass.
• Access starts when payment is confirmed and ends when the pass period expires. Your account and progress remain after expiry.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

4. Delivery

The Service is delivered digitally. After payment, premium access is activated on the account linked to your email address, normally within minutes. A confirmation email is sent to you. If access is not active within 24 hours, contact support and we will fix it or refund you.

6. Acceptable use

You may not copy, resell or redistribute lesson content; share your account; attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service; or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. Intellectual property

All lessons, illustrations, software and branding belong to Velivios LLC or its licensors. Buying a pass gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own learning during the pass period.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but may need to interrupt it for maintenance. Course content may be updated or improved over time.

9. Liability

The Service is provided for educational purposes. We do not guarantee any particular learning result. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms and will post the new version on this page. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
